KeyVault
The KeyVault Service is provided and maintained by the Security and Concierge service contractor at Brava. This service allows you to keep a key for your unit with the Concierge for Emergency use by the Strata Staff. An example would be if there is a flood in your unit and you are not available to provide access.
You can also provide permission for Brava to use this key for events where unit access is required. Examples would be the annual Fire Inspection and the Dryer Duct Cleaning done every 2 1/2 to 3 years.
