The brackets that hold the drawer fronts to the drawer sides are too weak and break often. This happens most often when a heavy drawer is slammed closed.
An owner at Brava found direct replacements at the links below. I have not verified this but he tells me they installed easily. If you order these and they work well please let the building manger know via email.
